Accessible Functional Medicine – For Everyone

One roadblock for people interested in Functional Medicine that I hear all the time is "I just can't afford it," or "I want to, but it's just too expensive." The reality is, there are several ways to receive the benefits of functional medicine without being in 1 on 1 care with the doctor. Although seeing me directly is great, for many people, learning just the foundations of functional medicine would radically change their life and health.

If you are someone who feels anxious, depressed, always tired, stressed, has difficulty sleeping, or is overall burnt out, we can help! And it doesn’t necessarily require the treatment 1 on 1 from me, the doctor. 

This is why I have created several options at my practice where my information and expertise is more accessible to everyone. At Balanced Living, there are a few ways (& more coming soon!) to get involved and gain foundational knowledge, without committing to seeing me.

1. Our Stress Course - I have created a 6 week Stress Program geared towards busy, stressed, overworked, overwhelmed individuals. With recipes, meal planners, a workbook, and 6 weeks of content and activities, you will learn what you need to thrive again. You also have lifetime access - so you can always return to the content.

2. Health Coaching - If you need more hands-on care and support, you can sign up to see our health coach. Similar to the stress program, it will introduce you to the most important basics of functional medicine but with the guidance of a professional. Our health coach is highly trained in Functional Medicine and will help you create a personalized care plan that works for you.

3. Women's health Program (COMING SOON).  - Watch out for more information to be released on our upcoming women’s health group program. The pandemic has isolated us more than ever before. If you’re a woman who wants to know more about yourself, your hormones, your health, and how to own your power, stay tuned. We are creating a community where women are supporting other women so we can all level up!

Each of these options have been personally crafted by me, and will provide you with powerful information to get you started on the right path. Of course, it’s always an option to see me one on one eventually, but I strongly encourage you to start at one of these options. You would be surprised how much impact they will really have.
