The 10-Day Detox–Live

Regain energy, kick the cravings, and get better sleep, all within 10 days. Join us live this January with our newest practitioner, Kelli!

Let's do it!

Why Detox?

In a perfect world, our detoxification systems run optimally, and our body processes and lets go of any chemicals or toxins we come in contact with.

Unfortunately, most of us live with a high toxin burden, accumulated from pesticides sprayed on our food or lawns, toxins in our water, artificial fragrance, candles, the air we breathe… the list goes on.

This means that detox pathways become overwhelmed and need a little (or a lot of) support. This can present itself as bloating, difficulty losing weight, fatigue or sluggishness, sugar cravings, or just feeling off.

The 10-day detox is meant to support our body’s natural processes.

  • You can eat as much as you want – just follow the guidelines each day.

  • No calorie counting – but most people lose weight anyway!

  • No long-term rules or eliminations – just 10 days to see how you feel. And who knows, you may love it!

The 10-Day Detox is one of the fastest ways to reduce systemic inflammation, reduce cravings, and boost wellbeing.

It works by replacing processed foods, sugar, alcohol, and other inflammatory foods with whole foods, allowing your body to restore and reset.

Over the years, we have seen significant shifts in a short amount of time, and although it’s not the goal, many participants find they lose weight without counting calories.

Need to knows/FAQs

Does this cost money?

The detox is $49 for full access to our Nurse Practitioner during the 10 days.

You will also need to purchase your detox kit, which comes with all of the supplements needed, a shaker bottle, protein powder, and detox instructions.

The kit is necessary to complete this detox as instructed. We will send you the link to buy once you’re registered – the kit is 30% off through December!!

Does the detox involve fasting or “juice cleansing?”

You are encouraged to eat as much as you want. There are no calorie restrictions or meal limitations. The detox only gives you food guidelines – what to eat and what not to eat – on certain days. No going hungry!!

Why a guided detox?

Although the detox is only 10 days long, it can be difficult to stay on track when removing certain foods from our diet. It can also be confusing which foods we’re supposed to eat on which days, as it changes each day. That’s why having an expert guide (and the support of a group) is so beneficial!

Meet Kelli, our Nurse Practitioner

We’re so excited to welcome Kelli, our Nurse Practitioner, on board. She’ll be guiding us through this 10-Day Detox. It’s an excellent way to meet and get to know Kelli – I think you’ll love her as much as we do!

She’s had extensive training in functional medicine and gained immeasurable experience both academically and at the patient’s bedside.

In Kelli’s free time, she is usually cheering on her three kids in all their sports and recreational activities, alongside her husband of 18 years. Her personal interests include working out, volunteering in the community, organizing anything, and is a lover of learning. She finds peace in her faith, a cup of tea, morning sunshine, and embarrassing her kids any chance she gets. She is the Mom that always brings the healthy snacks. And she’s okay with that.
